Kevin has been involved with the British Oil Security Syndicate (BOSS) since its formation in 1991. He was appointed Executive Director in 1998.

With over 35 years experience of the retail oil industry and in the areas of health, safety and security, his expertise is acknowledged throughout the industry.

Dave is a former police officer with nearly 27 years service with Durham Constabulary.
